Maximilian von Heyden

Maximilian von Heyden initiated FINDER in 2013 at the Medical Faculty of Heidelberg University and has led the organisation's strategic development since. He is the author of much of FINDER's published work on § 20a SGB V, evidence-based prevention, and German and European prevention policy, and responsible for FINDER's strategy and programme portfolio.
Prof. Dr. Benjamin Löhner

Prof. Löhner provides the academic link between FINDER's practice-oriented work and the scientific discourse in social work and social pedagogy. His university role informs FINDER's training methodology.
Vivien Voit
Board member since March 2021 · M.Sc. Public Health
Vivien Voit leads several of FINDER's state- and federally funded projects, including the national CTC implementation and CTC-3V (Federal Ministry of Justice). In Frontline Politeia (2022–2023, European Commission), FINDER acted as consortium partner and led Work Package 2 Training Design and Test under her responsibility. She coordinates institutional implementation of CTC with German municipalities and European project partners.

The team is interdisciplinary by design. FINDER's programmes cross the boundaries of medicine, psychology, public health, social pedagogy, and educational science, and the team composition reflects that.

- Trainers for our programmes are qualified as trainers, not only as facilitators: they teach from their own practice.
- We cooperate systematically with the scientific community: guest lectures, joint publications, doctoral supervision with partner universities.

We also host mandatory student internships, including applicants from international universities.
